The phenomenon of high-level cyber attacks in the United States still continues after the U.S. Federal Reserve (the Fed) asserts that, one of their internal Web site hackers infiltrated.
"The Federal Reserve System to realize that the information obtained by exploiting vulnerabilities in the product temporary vendor site," said a spokesman for the Fed. "Burglary is immediately repaired shortly after the discovery, and no longer a problem. Incident did not affect operations of critical Federal Reserve system," he continued.
According to Reuters, it seems hackers to access the data associated with a specific individual. This attack comes from the Anonymous hacker group that claims to have published on Sunday login account and other personal information of more than 4,000 U.S. Bank account executive. The group allegedly obtained the data from the computer of the Federal Reserve.
It remains unclear whether the two things go together. Government officials did not explain which websites hackers attacked. However, according to Reuters, the data are likely to be attacked by the internal contact database bank for use during natural disasters.
Hacking attacks on the U.S. central bank came after hackers ongoing phenomenon in the U.S.. U.S. Department of Energy today also had reportedly suffered hacking attacks that penetrate internal systems and data of their employees. Not only that, last week, the hackers also hit several U.S. media.

Help Net Security reports that a zero-day exploit has been found in Linksys routers that allows a hacker to gain remote root access to the device. It has the potential to be devastating to the millions of Linksys router owners around the world. The good news is that a fix is already on the way.
The original team who found the exploit, DefenseCode, alerted Cisco to the Linksys vulnerability after finding it during a product security evaluation. It took the team only 12 days to develop an exploit that could be used by hackers to take control of a person’s wireless router and hijack all the information being processed through it.
You can check out the exploit in action below:
If we want to find the Serial number, crack or keygen or from a software program usually we search using Google or Yahoo with using certain keywords so that search results will be given site-site links that provide them. Or you can also directly visit the website which provides a special case as Astalavista. but sometimes if we direct-to visit the website often we direpotkan by Spam, popups or spyware contained in the website.
If you want to secure and does not direpotkan by things such as these, we can use a software that can find the Serial number or crack of the software we have no direct entry to the website that provides this.
Software name is "CRAAGLE" which is a lightweight software that can be used to find the serial number of a Crack and software online with only the name of the software we will search in the searchnya.

The Secure Enterprise 2.0 Forum, an industry initiative dedicated to the secure use of social media at work, and WorkLight, a Secure Web 2.0 for Business Company, today revealed that hacking attempts on Web 2.0 sites and social media are on the rise.
In a special report entitled “Web 2.0 Hacking Incidents – 2009 Q1”, the group analyzed databases of successful hacking attempts in the first quarter of 2009, revealing that Web 2.0 sites are now the premier target for hackers, amounting to 21% of all reported hacking incidents.
The report reveals the following trends in the targeting of Web 2.0 sites during Q1 of 2009:
* Web 2.0 services and sites lead the list with highest number of all recorded incidents (21%).
* Most popular attack vectors exploiting Web 2.0 features are SQL injection (21% of attacks) and Authentication abuse (18%). A new emerging threat is Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) that currently ranks as the 6th most popular attack vector with 8% of the reported attacks.
* Leakage of sensitive information remains the most common outcome of web hacks (29%), while disinformation follows with 26%, mostly due to hacking of online identities of celebrities.
The quarterly report indicates that social networks, wikis, and community blogging services and sites are the most popular social media targets for hackers. Other types of organizations targeted by hackers in recent months include media (18% of attacks) and retail sites (13%).

Computer Spies Breach Fighter-Jet Project
WASHINGTON -- Computer spies have broken into the Pentagon's $300 billion Joint Strike Fighter project -- the Defense Department's costliest weapons program ever -- according to current and former government officials familiar with the attacks.
Similar incidents have also breached the Air Force's air-traffic-control system in recent months, these people say. In the case of the fighter-jet program, the intruders were able to copy and siphon off several terabytes of data related to design and electronics systems, officials say, potentially making it easier to defend against the craft.
The latest intrusions provide new evidence that a battle is heating up between the U.S. and potential adversaries over the data networks that tie the world together. The revelations follow a recent Wall Street Journal report that computers used to control the U.S. electrical-distribution system, as well as other infrastructure, have also been infiltrated by spies abroad.
Attacks like these -- or U.S. awareness of them -- appear to have escalated in the past six months, said one former official briefed on the matter. "There's never been anything like it," this person said, adding that other military and civilian agencies as well as private companies are affected. "It's everything that keeps this country going."
Many details couldn't be learned, including the specific identity of the attackers, and the scope of the damage to the U.S. defense program, either in financial or security terms. In addition, while the spies were able to download sizable amounts of data related to the jet-fighter, they weren't able to access the most sensitive material, which is stored on computers not connected to the Internet.
Former U.S. officials say the attacks appear to have originated in China. However it can be extremely difficult to determine the true origin because it is easy to mask identities online.
A Pentagon report issued last month said that the Chinese military has made "steady progress" in developing online-warfare techniques. China hopes its computer skills can help it compensate for an underdeveloped military, the report said.
The Chinese Embassy said in a statement that China "opposes and forbids all forms of cyber crimes." It called the Pentagon's report "a product of the Cold War mentality" and said the allegations of cyber espionage are "intentionally fabricated to fan up China threat sensations."
The U.S. has no single government or military office responsible for cyber security. The Obama administration is likely to soon propose creating a senior White House computer-security post to coordinate policy and a new military command that would take the lead in protecting key computer networks from intrusions, according to senior officials.
The Bush administration planned to spend about $17 billion over several years on a new online-security initiative and the Obama administration has indicated it could expand on that. Spending on this scale would represent a potential windfall for government agencies and private contractors at a time of falling budgets. While specialists broadly agree that the threat is growing, there is debate about how much to spend in defending against attacks.
The Joint Strike Fighter, also known as the F-35 Lightning II, is the costliest and most technically challenging weapons program the Pentagon has ever attempted. The plane, led by Lockheed Martin Corp., relies on 7.5 million lines of computer code, which the Government Accountability Office said is more than triple the amount used in the current top Air Force fighter.
Six current and former officials familiar with the matter confirmed that the fighter program had been repeatedly broken into. The Air Force has launched an investigation.
Pentagon officials declined to comment directly on the Joint Strike Fighter compromises. Pentagon systems "are probed daily," said Air Force Lt. Col. Eric Butterbaugh, a Pentagon spokesman. "We aggressively monitor our networks for intrusions and have appropriate procedures to address these threats." U.S. counterintelligence chief Joel Brenner, speaking earlier this month to a business audience in Austin, Texas, warned that fighter-jet programs have been compromised.
Foreign allies are helping develop the aircraft, which opens up other avenues of attack for spies online. At least one breach appears to have occurred in Turkey and another country that is a U.S. ally, according to people familiar with the matter.
Joint Strike Fighter test aircraft are already flying, and money to build the jet is included in the Pentagon's budget for this year and next.
Computer systems involved with the program appear to have been infiltrated at least as far back as 2007, according to people familiar with the matter. Evidence of penetrations continued to be discovered at least into 2008. The intruders appear to have been interested in data about the design of the plane, its performance statistics and its electronic systems, former officials said.
The intruders compromised the system responsible for diagnosing a plane's maintenance problems during flight, according to officials familiar with the matter. However, the plane's most vital systems -- such as flight controls and sensors -- are physically isolated from the publicly accessible Internet, they said.
The intruders entered through vulnerabilities in the networks of two or three contractors helping to build the high-tech fighter jet, according to people who have been briefed on the matter. Lockheed Martin is the lead contractor on the program, and Northrop Grumman Corp. and BAE Systems PLC also play major roles in its development.
Lockheed Martin and BAE declined to comment. Northrop referred questions to Lockheed.
The spies inserted technology that encrypts the data as it's being stolen; as a result, investigators can't tell exactly what data has been taken. A former Pentagon official said the military carried out a thorough cleanup.
Fighting online attacks like these is particularly difficult because defense contractors may have uneven network security, but the Pentagon is reliant on them to perform sensitive work. In the past year, the Pentagon has stepped up efforts to work with contractors to improve computer security.
Investigators traced the penetrations back with a "high level of certainty" to known Chinese Internet protocol, or IP, addresses and digital fingerprints that had been used for attacks in the past, said a person briefed on the matter.
As for the intrusion into the Air Force's air-traffic control systems, three current and former officials familiar with the incident said it occurred in recent months. It alarmed U.S. national security officials, particularly at the National Security Agency, because the access the spies gained could have allowed them to interfere with the system, said one former official. The danger is that intruders might find weaknesses that could be exploited to confuse or damage U.S. military craft.
Military officials declined to comment on the incident.
In his speech in Austin, Mr. Brenner, the U.S. counterintelligence chief, issued a veiled warning about threats to air traffic in the context of Chinese infiltration of U.S. networks. He spoke of his concerns about the vulnerability of U.S. air traffic control systems to cyber infiltration, adding "our networks are being mapped." He went on to warn of a potential situation where "a fighter pilot can't trust his radar."

if I load the news yesterday on the 10 Antivirs world's bestyou can read here, for this article how to have 10 viruses and worms.
Next ten viruses to evade magic attacks viruses and worms on your computer:
1. Always do a Scan for disk into your PC.
Although seemingly trivial, but that this will be a small help to protect your computer from viruses transmitted through exchange of floppy disks switch. If a PC infected by a virus, then inserted the disk to them, will most likely be infected as well. Therefore, do not carelessly open the floppy on the computer belonging to your friend, before the floppy disks that pass the selection scandisk. If scandisk programs that can detect the presence of the virus but can not menyembuhkannya, do not force to open the file on the diskette. Yet, this can also become a kind of warning for you, so that your computer immediately complete with prophylactic virus.
2. Scan the CD into your CD drive.
Although it seems more exclusive and secure, but also a CD that has the potential are the same as floppy disks, transmit the virus. Therefore, do not dally! Stay do a scan on a CD that will be installed on your computer, even though the CD was recently purchased from the store.
3. Make a scan of your hard drive, every time you will begin to work with it.
As always checked the five health, your PC must also always be whether the healthy or have been infected by the virus. Moreover with the conduct of the hard disk scan before starting a job, you reduce the risk of disruption caused by the virus during the process of your work. In addition, there is the chance occurrence of damage to your files.
4. Protect your disk, if you include them in your PC to other people.
As mentioned above, if you are forced to enter the disk in your computer to other people, then you need to protected floppy first. Consequently, you can not make changes to files stored on floppy disks are.
5. Do not indiscriminate downloading attachment.
Nowadays many types of worm that sends copies of itself in e-mail attachment. For example, worm Miss world. Therefore you should not open any attachment if the sender address does not you know. Even though you recognize the sender address, if no agreement before that person will send the following e-mail attachment, then you should delete only the attachment. No matter the subject after pulling the attachment. Because the creator of many worms, exploit keingintahuan someone want to open that attachment is death. For example, virus and worm Jenifer Lopez Miss world is said to load bugil Jenifer Lopez picture and image in the Miss world bikini costumes.
6. Selective in opening e-mail.
The same laws that apply to open in the e-mail. a number of viruses and worms duplicate itself and send copies to the entire e-mail address listed on the Microsoft Outlook address book computer diserangnya Express. Thus, the potential victim will not be put with suspicion and will soon open the e-mail is toxic. Therefore, if you receive an e-mail from someone you know, but with a strange subject should remove any direct e-mail it. Unless you both are making promises before.
7. Install and to update the antivirus program on your computer.
Sometimes, people are still common in the computer, the feel is secure if it is to install Norton or MacAffee program. You are wrong! Antivirus program has also expired the period such as food cans. Therefore, you should always be to update your antivirus program. because antivirus programs that have expired, will not have more teeth to keep out the virus attack on your computer.
8. Always follow the news about the latest viruses.
Period has expired addition, anti-virus program is also always an update with respect to virus-virus, which continues in the new-release. Experts continue to do development for rival who is also the creator of the virus-race competition to create a more vicious virus from day to day. Therefore you must be diligent to follow the news about the latest development of the virus. After that, you can find on the internet that antivirus companies have to update their products to anticipate the attack of new viruses. Many antivirus software company that provides facilities for free download via the internet.
9. Download Microsoft Outlook Security Patch into your computer system.
As is known, does not have the perfect software program. That is, there are certain weak point or a bug in the software. as well as going to the Microsoft Outlook Express application. Therefore, with download Microsoft Outlook Security Patch into your computer system, means that you have overcome a bug in the program. Thanks to the assistance program is small, the performance of "satpam" Microsoft Outlook Express to be more in keeping up to your computer, from virus or worm that attacks using the Microsoft Outlook address book express.
10. Disabling Windows Scripting Host.
As known, many new viruses and worms that developed with visual basic scripting system under windows. To minimize attacks, you should disable the program that works for mengotomatisasi a function. However, please note that not all speak vbs virus can disable the program on hold with this
Certainly sharp are myriad sources of tip-off available that obligation accord you computer hacking basics. Practiced is largely some muddle about who a essential hacker is. Hacking computers is performed by one who knows computers appropriate vigorous - level the extra tricks of a computer and electronics.

What Are The Basics Needed To Be remodelled A Hacker
Everyone has heard of one idiosyncratic or massed that was awakened turn hacking computers that belonged to this or that plan. Being hacking into computers is highly felonious, concrete should body mentioned that this article will not mention lump present specifics about the subject, and this author would tolerably gladly animate you to be remodelled a sensible hacker - professionally.
This article, will however, give a brief overview of criminal hackers, some of their methods, and a few things you liability halt to prepare your own computer safer from hack attacks. Here are those things you ought to receive on how to ripen into a hacker.
University of Utah officials say a computer virus has infected more than 700 campus computers, including those at the school's three hospitals.
University health sciences spokesman Chris Nelson said the outbreak of the Conficker worm, which can slow computers and steal personal information, was first detected Thursday. By Friday, the virus had infiltrated computers at the hospitals, medical school, and colleges of nursing, pharmacy and health.
Nelson says patient data and medical records have not been compromised.
"That's secured in a much deeper way because of the implications," he said.
Nelson said the virus is mainly attacking personal computers and could be siphoning log-in and password data, credit card numbers and banking information.
Directions for purging the virus from personal computers and equipment like thumb drives, digital cameras and smart phones has been distributed to staff and students.
Information technology staff shut of Internet access for up to six hours at some campus locations Friday so they could isolate the virus. They were expected to work through the weekend to eradicate it from the system.
Mindy Tueller of the university's office of information technology said all faculty and students should take steps to make sure they are protected. The virus does not infect Macs.
"It can do a lot of bad things," said Tueller. "Every university member should be concerned about this if they're using Windows-based devices.

The recent Conficker outbreak is a fantastic example of this. While only a small fraction of all PC users were infected with the worm, a great deal of media coverage was devoted to the outbreak. Any user affected by Conficker was likely already compromised by the time they heard about the threat, as users with infected systems were already not performing proper digital hygiene, such as keeping machines fully patched. The virus's payload was not initially destructive, rather it contained an auto-updating routine that became even more sophisticated after April 1st.
Nevertheless, the hype did help. Concerned users ended up cleaning up their systems from a multitude of other malware, even if they have never encountered the Conficker worm itself, leaving the overall population of systems cleaner than they were previously.
It would be easy to level charges of alarmism at the security vendor community for fueling the Conficker coverage. I believe, however, that the net outcome of raising the awareness of what is essentially the public health of the Internet by calling attention to a potentially frightening, but statistically uncommon threat, is worth the occasional media hyperbole. Sometimes, computer virus hysteria is good for us.
Once upon a time, home and business users were well aware of the impact of computer viruses. Many of them either directly experienced or knew someone who experienced the destructive power of computer viruses, and users who went through the pain of having a virus wipe our their system created backups and kept their anti-virus software up to date.
Yet, things have changed.
Save for spam, we rarely work with threats that are immediately evident to the end user. Modern viruses don't purposely destroy people's systems any longer. If anything, modern malware works as hard as possible to mask its presence from end users, and any indication of its impact is heavily decoupled from the original act that brought the infection.
For example, a desktop can become infected with a keylogger tuned to look for credit cards after its user attempts to install a bogus web video codec. When the bank calls several months later to report that the card has been used in several suspicious transactions, the card holder has no reason to suspect that the card's compromise was caused by the fake video codec software installed months before.
Modern malware is efficient, quiet, and lulls users of systems it compromises into a false sense of security. To counteract the lack of awareness of common but under-appreciated security issues, we must use every opportunity presented to us to educate consumers about computer security threats, even if it involves frightening the population about uncommon threats.
The media has frequently spurred public awareness of threats other than those in computer security. Take public health: In 2000, Katie Couric underwent a colonoscopy on television with the hopes of encouraging the viewing public to follow her lead. Doctors saw a statistically significant increase in the number of voluntary colonoscopies over the course of the next nine months, leading researchers to coin the term the "Couric Effect" to describe the improvement in preventive health compliance. Seeing someone famous get sick drives us to the doctor.
The net result of the localized increase awareness about a specific disease is that the public becomes marginally healthier by being persuaded into doing what they know they should have done in the first place: Performing regular maintenance on their body to screen for illnesses that may not cause problems for years to come. Most doctors would not screen for a specific illness without performing a general workup. Often other problems are uncovered during the course of the examination that would never have been spotted if the patient wasn't inspired to go to the doctor in the first place.
Similarly, even consumers worried about the wrong computer threats can still improve their security. Much as the average patient benefits by adhering more closely to medical checkup guidelines after hearing about a television personality's experiences, the average computer user benefits by stepping up their security measures to prevent a headline-making worm, even if they aren't affected by it. Like an individual with borderline obesity and high blood pressure going to the doctor to check for the West Nile virus, computer users' digital health improves as long as something drives them to perform regular maintenance.
Repeated media-driven scare events that drive point actions to address an issue doesn't fix anything in the long term, be it in public health or in computer security. Patching a desktop irregularly and visiting a doctor sporadically is not preventive maintenance. We need to capitalize on these opportunities to educate the populous into going beyond fixing what is the problem of the day and instead engage in what is recognized as proper hygiene. In the end, running backups, applying patches, and keeping anti-virus products up to date should be as routine as brushing your teeth.
Hackers are people who learn, analyze, and if want, can create, modify, or even exploit the system that exists in a device such as computer software and computer hardware such as a computer program, administrative and other matters, particularly security.

And the joke will be on whom? It is not a good joke, actually. In fact, if it indeed happens, it will be one of the worst jokes in cyber security. The Conficker worm has been the subject of many discussions and the target of many security experts’ attention; and rightly so. This worm has infected millions and millions of machines worldwide and has proved to be a headache.
Now, the rumor is that on April’s Fools Day of this year, the third version of the worm will be activated. Those behind the worm designed the first two versions to spread like wildfire. According to experts, those two versions are nothing compared to the third one, 32.Downadup.C, which is supposed to “solidify its position.”
The good news is that the first two versions of the Conficker worm have been thoroughly scrutinized and reverse engineered by security experts. These activities have given them an understanding of how the worm works. The bad news is that the creators of the virus know this, and they will definitely work on creating a “better” version this time around.
Experts say that while the first two versions are able to contact 32 web addresses out of 250 per attempt, the third version could probably generate about 500 domains. More so, the activation of the third version will mean that computers that are already infected can connect to each other AND receive updates of the worm. Worse, the third version will probably be able to fight off security bots. This is more than enough reason to be ultra careful come April 1.

Another ATM Robbery Video From Karachi - Pakistan
GOD knows , when law order will get better
Somewhere out there, perhaps in Eastern Europe, perhaps next door to us, a very clever hacker is spreading a sophisticated little computer worm called Conficker.
It could make an electronic mess as it spreads from one computer to another, taking over machines and commanding them to do things their users never intended.
"We've got some bad guys out there who are extremely sophisticated," said Merrick Furst, a professor at Georgia Institute of Technology who also chairs an Internet security firm called Damballa. "There are a huge number of machines that might be able to be controlled by people other than the owners of those machines."
Who is behind this computer attack? And what do they want from us? Are they trying to bring the world's computers to a halt? Or is the whole thing just some elaborate April Fool's joke?
"It's not an April Fools prank," said Phillip Porras, a program director at SRI International, a major technology research firm. "We don't know much about how Conficker is being used. We are not sure why Conficker was built."
Small but Sophisticated
"The vast majority of threats we see today are attempts to steal confidential information. We know there's a large underground economy where personal information is sold," said Dean Turner of the online security firm Symantec.
April 1 is the day the Conficker computer worm was supposed to do something terrible to millions of computers running Microsoft Windows -- though engineers were at a loss to say just what that something was.
So what happened? If your computer lets you read this story, we can presume it's not a smoldering wreck.
But somewhere in cyberspace, some hacker, or hackers, created Conficker, and they're still out there. So are others.
What's a Hacker Anyway?
Merriam-Webster has multiple definitions of "hacker" -- including "an expert at programming and solving problems with a computer," or "a person who illegally gains access to and sometimes tampers with information in a computer system."
